What do I do if my currency or country isn't listed?
All prices are in Australian dollars. If postage costs to your country aren't listed please email me directly for a quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Please allow an extra 1 to 3 working days for deliveries within Australia, and 7 to 21 working days for international orders.

How much is postage?
Postage costs vary depending on where you are delivering to and how many products you have ordered. Please verify the postage costs in the last steps before purchasing.

Can I pick up the products?
Please contact me directly before purchasing if you would like to organise pick up of the products in Melbourne.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard), Paypal, and bank transfer (Australia only).

Returns Policy

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online in Australia
under the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip
and/or invoice.
2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
3. Items must be returned in unwashed and otherwise unused conditions, with all original tags/labels attached.

If the above conditions are met we will refund the cost of the purchased item less the cost of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

Can I exchange the product for a different size, colour or style?
We are happy to exchange products as long as the above return conditions are met. You must also pay us any costs associated with delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price.

What happens if the item I bought is faulty?
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will refund the purchase price and delivery charges or provide a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable amount of time with proof
of purchase.
